My appreciation for travel developed at a young age and growing up outside of Boston allowed my family easy access to explore New England. The variety of adventures I experienced close to home were a catalyst to my lifelong wanderlust which has taken me to more than 70 countries across six continents.
After spending a year studying abroad in London and Sydney, I returned to London to begin my career in public relations. Although this allowed me to travel extensively through Europe, I quickly realized a few weeks of vacation a year wasn’t nearly enough. I decided to embark on a six-month, round-the-world trip that took me through southern Africa, Southeast Asia, China, and the South Pacific. Upon arriving back in the U.S., I was determined to pair my passion for exploring new destinations with my marketing background and have spent the last 14 years working in the travel industry.
Highlights of my personal travels include trekking in Patagonia, spotting the “Big 5” in Serengeti National Park, and sailing the Greek Islands and Dalmatian Coast. I always look to travel off the beaten path, immerse myself in different cultures, and of course, sample local food and wine!
